If a product offered by FraggerTech is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as per our Return Policy.

Geographic Scope: We ship products exclusively to addresses within India. We do not accept orders for delivery to international destinations.
Delivery Estimates: Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Warranty: Any express warranties applicable to any products belonging to any other company/Firm are provided by the product manufacturer, not FraggerTech, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product description. FraggerTech disclaims all such warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Fragger Tech only claims warranties on products that Fragger manufactures.
We reserve the right to deny all claims of warranty if the claim request is found suspicious or fraudulent.
Bill of purchase, Order/serial number on retailers/distributors’ letterhead is mandatory for any warranty claims.
After purchase online or offline, all product(s) MUST be registered on the www.fraggertech.in website with all relevant details linked to the buyer’s account credentials. Any claims regarding warranty, return/refund/exchange will not be entertained if not made.
After claiming any warranties in any one of the following categories, that warranty category is null and void after 2 claims, within the span of the device category warranty period.

Body- As stated on the product page/packaging.
Electronics/Battery- 6 months.
Accessories-6 months
Software – None/Case-Dependent
