This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements for purchases made on fraggertech.in, operated by FraggerTech Private Limited. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our policy lasts 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking details.
A. Acceptable Return Conditions:
Only products that meet one or more of the following criteria are eligible for return/replacement:
Damaged Product: The product received has visible damage, e.g., a Broken Device body, Incomplete installation, etc., that occurred during transit.
Defective Product: The product is not functioning correctly right out of the box (Dead on Arrival – DOA) (e.g., one earcup has no sound, the microphone doesn’t work). Provided the necessary steps to proper installation have been followed. Please read the given instructions within the Device packaging and website (in the relevant section).
Incorrect Item Shipped: You received a different model, colour, or item than what you ordered.
– Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and invoice.
B. Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, dislike the sound signature, or ordered the wrong item by mistake.
Physical Damage Caused by User: Any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure, or unauthorised repair attempts (e.g., broken cables, scratches, crushed parts).
Products with Missing Accessories: The return package is missing original packaging, manuals, cables, or other included accessories.
Products Exceeding the 7-Day Window.
Personal Hygiene Items: Items like eartips or ear pads (if opened and used) due to hygiene reasons.
2. The Return Process
A. Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or replacement request, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing our support team at return@fraggertech.in or through your account on our website.
Your email must include:
Order Number/Serial Number.
Reason for Return (select one: Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Item).
Clear photographs or a video clip clearly showing the damage or defect, while unboxing. Any other videos or images will not be entertained.
Distributor/Retailer Purchase – In Case of distributor/Retailer Purchase. Please provide a dated and signed/stamped copy or a scanned version of the original bill on the shop/Distributor letterhead, to claim warranty or initiate any return/exchange/refund claims.
B. Return Authorisation
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email.
If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the product back. Do not send the product back without an RMA number.
C. Shipping the Product Back
You are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent damage during return transit.
For damaged/Defective/Incorrect items, we will typically arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will request you to ship the item using a reliable courier, and we will reimburse the standard shipping cost upon receipt and inspection (maximum reimbursement limit of ₹150).
3. Inspection and Resolution
Once your return is received and passes inspection:

Replacement: The fastest solution. We will ship a brand-new replacement of the same model within 2-3 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Incorrect Item
Replacement: We will ship the correct item. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect item and shipping for the correct item.
Passes Inspection (Product condition matches the claim)
Return Refused: The product will be shipped back to you at your expense. No refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refunds
A. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
B. Refund Scenarios
Payment Gateway/Credit Card/Debit Card: The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment. The time it takes for the credit to reflect in your account is dependent on your bank’s policies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via NEFT bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for this purpose.
C. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a verifiable defect, damage, or an incorrect item shipped by FraggerTech.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order Not Shipped: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately with your Order Number.
Order Shipped: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the standard Return Process outlined above (which will only be accepted if the item meets the eligibility criteria).
